How do I cancel/modify an order?
Due to our internal processes once orders are placed, they cannot be edited or changed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. For cancellations please email info@intensifybeauty.com indicating your Order Number. Cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed for all sales are final.
Incorrect Shipping information
Shipping labels are generated according to the shipping information the customers provide. If you have submitted an incorrect address, please email info@intensifybeauty.com immediately with your email address, Order Number, and the correct address. If the order has already been processed, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes. Intensify Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days business days. Rushed orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be shipped out the following business day; excluding holidays.
Refused or Returned Packages
Items that are refused or returned will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
